「There are no drinking hot water as well as coffee and tea in the property. 」

「Our short trip to NYC for a show was amazing and in part to our stay at Dream Downtown! The staff and team was friendly, went out of their way to ensure our stay was all we wanted, made suggestions for visit! Paul and Maria really went out of their way to make our stay a success! We are already planning our next visit!」

「The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms looked as though they had been updated and were generally pleasant and comfotable. The bathrooms were very clean and contemporary. My only complaint was the moldy smell coming into our room from the vents when the air conditioning was on. It was so bad we cut off the ac and endured the warm temperature. Also, the carpets in the room and hallway were very dirty, so much, so that I avoided walking in the room barefoot.」

「沒有瓶裝飲用水，也沒有煮水的水壺，飲水不便。因為我不習慣喝自來水。早餐的內容很簡單勉強可以接受。前台與門房與 conceige 服務態度很好。地點有點危險，外面有游民晃盪著。性價比不佳。」
