“We were looking for a short winter getaway with the dog. This house was exactly what we were looking for! It was super clean and very well appointed! The cottage had everything we needed and, even a few treats for the pup! We loved the cozy wood burning stove and the cottage was beautifully decorated! The community it is located in, Locust Lake Village, was fabulous! We loved using the sledding hill with our son and were only disappointed that the ski slope was not open mid-week. Beth was easy……

“This house made our vacation complete. It was very clean and comfortable. Everything you can think of was provided and more (linens, extra blankets, comfortable beds). Well stocked kitchen to cook, games for the kids and adults. The owners communication was above and beyond! Had an amazing time! Thanks!”

“We decided to spend christmas away from home and we had a great time, made great memories..only thing was i wished there were more game activities rather than board games.. the community game room was about a 10min drive, wished kids and adults had more game activities to do innthe house aside from board games, it was mainly just the pool table and a dart board.. Other than that it was great, peaceful and clean and host was great”

“The property was wonderful! My husband and I had a wonderful relaxing time. House was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The only issue was baking sheet pans there was only a pizza pan. But it was a wonderful place to stay and we would love to come and stay there again!!”

“We grew up in this neighborhood. It was wonderful to walk around the lake and the boardwalk. The house was beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated. Everything was there and we needed nothing. Brianne replied immediately to any questions we had. A/C and heat worked fine with new mini splits. It was peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely recommend.”

“Everything as advertised. Points of clarification: There's no indoor pool at the community center. Why did I think there was one? Who knows. The beach is about 5 minutes down the road and the swimming areas are hilariously small. House was well maintained, but I don't love the memory foam mattresses - but that's more a reflection on me than anything.”

“Very clean house with good heating all that is needed is in the house. We are very happy with the place, definitely a place to return to.”

“Warm, cozy cabin with beautiful views of the lake and forests. My girlfriend and I stayed here for four nights and it was the perfect chance to relax and unwind. Plenty to do in the community itself, and in the nearby area as well, but my girlfriend said her favorite moment was when this family of deer came by to graze along the front yard while we sat on the deck and watched. Thanks again to Ashleigh and Michael for providing such a comfortable place for us to stay.”

“My husband and I stayed for our anniversary love the cabin very nice and clean the area right in the woods. We arrived early before check in cabin was ready and J phoned owner she said as long as the cleaners are done you can go in, that was great cause I feel a late check in you actually waste a day. Thank you will recommend”
