“We really enjoyed staying in this home. It was very easy to communicate with the owner and the response time was quick. We had absolutely no issues. Unfortunately, we were in the area for a funeral, but it was nice to have a place to relax and plenty of space for my 2 year old grandson to move about. I will definitely return again to stay here to visit family on a more delightful note.”

“I did not realize the property was a former mansion. The apartment feels like a house. Each room is so lovely with bright natural light. The beds were so comfy and perfectly made with lots of blankets and pillows. Esther communicated perfectly with us and added sweet touches like a nespresso with coffee, tooth brushes and paste, plenty of towels, shampoo and soaps, and some spices and cooking utensils as needed. A large family could stay here no problem and still have lots of personal space. No……

“Though we somehow were not expecting to have to walk up three and a half flights, the accomodations were excellent! Only problem I had was trying to read hand written instructions from the owner before I put on my glasses, and added water to a coffee maker that was already full! The star of the trip was the food, though, and the recommendations were appreciated.”

“Peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. I was on a vacation/work trip and driving to New England with my 4-month-old Westie. Stopped here for a 4-night stay and I have family in the area. Loved the little apartment with the deck overlooking the creek. Betsy, the host, was wonderful, felt like meeting a long, lost friend. A lot to do in the Tunkhannock area. “My employees were not allowed to use the " private kitchen " in the listing. I was sent pictures of what appeared to be a dirt dusty haunted basement with a creepy old dress on a mannequin in the corner. This place was awful Do not stay. If I could give it negative stars I would.”

“Warm, cozy cabin with beautiful views of the lake and forests. My girlfriend and I stayed here for four nights and it was the perfect chance to relax and unwind. Plenty to do in the community itself, and in the nearby area as well, but my girlfriend said her favorite moment was when this family of deer came by to graze along the front yard while we sat on the deck and watched. Thanks again to Ashleigh and Michael for providing such a comfortable place for us to stay.”

“My husband and I stayed for our anniversary love the cabin very nice and clean the area right in the woods. We arrived early before check in cabin was ready and J phoned owner she said as long as the cleaners are done you can go in, that was great cause I feel a late check in you actually waste a day.
