“The house is super cute, pics made it look bigger but we loved the lay out of the home, it was very cozy . Wish my dogs had a bit more freedom. Community rules are a little too strict with certain things. We didn’t know we had to pay for pool passes & hours aren’t full days. We looked forward to the indoor fireplace being it rained one of the days, but we believe it doesn’t work. Overall it was a relaxing weekend with our family, the kids did not want to leave. communication with property……

“This was a great house that fit our family of younger and older kids with some fun sleeping arrangements. The house was nice and clean and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. We found ourselves wishing there was some dishwasher detergent provided, and having to be a little careful on some of the furniture that was kind of wobbly but otherwise the house was very nice. The neighborhood was nice (for April - I can only imagine how much nicer it is in summer /fall), and we enjoyed watching deer……

“Great access for boating, paddleboatding, fishing or just enjoying the sunset by the lake. Wonderful amenities. Everything we needed for a comfortable family weekend. House was very clean, well set up, plenty of information and instructions. Ample room for 5 couples. Pool table, darts and games for the rainy times. Gorgeous view from the great room windows. Clear communication from the owners. Excellent experience!!”

“Property was waterfront with watercraft ready to use fully outfitted … the house was clean and fully outfitted. The amenities in the community are great, walking distance to pool and tennis courts. It’s a fun lake to canoe. Instructions for accessing everything were perfect. For the price we paid it was a very good value. The house has fans but no air conditioning like many homes in the Poconos, so while 10 degrees cooler than lower elevations it could get warm on a really hot day, but it was……

“This was my first time independently renting a private home. From the beginning when I booked, the host was very responsive and has stayed in contact with me till the time I checked out. I felt welcome coming in so during my day we were all very comfortable. The home itself was very warm and comfortable, and clean!”

“We were coming in town for the funeral of a friend and wanted something close by where we could relax before the funeral the next day. Martine was such a gracious host, and had the pool ready for us when we arrived. The kids and i took a quick dip, then headed back to the house for dinner and an evening of relaxation. The next morning, we took our time having breakfast with the windows open so we could hear the birds. I love the late checkout time (11 am) because it gave us a chance to take it……

“We had a wonderful stay in this charming Arrowhead Lake property. The house was fully appointed and spotless. All comforts we're afforded, and we loved the fireplace. Bed linens were provided, but not towels. This would be a nice addition. One issue was parking in the event of guests. There is a required notification at least three days before arrival date, no exceptions, if the guest has a car. There is no overnight parking for guests unless this information is provided, and overnight parking……

“Warm, cozy cabin with beautiful views of the lake and forests. My girlfriend and I stayed here for four nights and it was the perfect chance to relax and unwind. Plenty to do in the community itself, and in the nearby area as well, but my girlfriend said her favorite moment was when this family of deer came by to graze along the front yard while we sat on the deck and watched. Thanks again to Ashleigh and Michael for providing such a comfortable place for us to stay.”
