"We reserved a room that was four bunk beds. Four separate beds. When we arrived there stated there is no such room. No one contacted us. Front desk stated Expedia would not/did not provide them with a phone number to contact us. The reservation was for a suite. They ended up giving us rooms on opposite sides of the property. My kids had to be separated from me and they did not have their own beds. They were not suites. In fact the rooms I was in had no clock no coffee maker no nothing. It was very loud with folks returning from the bar. Hooting and hollering out in the courtyard common areas. On the positive side, it may have been the cleanest rooms I have seen in years. Spotless!!"
