"Staff was always available around the clock and very quick to respond. The location is right along a pedestrian shopping area, as well as authentic cuisine. Subway station is a 10 minute walk away in either direction or flag down a 3-wheeled covered bike to take you to a station. The area of town is very convenient for good food and only a handful of subway stations from larger restaurants. Avoid ordering so much at meals that take out containers are needed. There is no food storage at the hotel, but there are so many food places that you don't want left overs anyway. Very comfortable lobby area on the 4th floor to meet local guests or family. Wish the pool hours were a bit later to accommodate a full day out."
