Nice house with great garden

Very nice house with a great garden. We had a lovely time there and will come back!

The communication with the dedicated person(s) was not smooth. It started with more than 1 hour wait in front of the house. Only at 17:30 we were able to get in. After a long trip is not pretty. Then they made a mistake in the delivering of the linen (1 too much) despite our clear instructions. So we had paid too much (17 euro extra) and just one hour later we contacted the "manager" again (Claude) to inform him about the mistake. He told us that he'll forward this issue to the resposible of the linen... 3 times during the week but no way to have an answer. During the second day we had only cold water. We contacted AGAIN but no answer after 6PM (it was 6:15PM). The day after, after several tentatives we could reach him. Around midday we arranged to have water again (we solved alone the issue). At the end of the week we left a note together with the not used linen with indicated also our IBAN for the 17 euro. Of course we didn't received any news/money back. We contacted the agency telling this issue and again: "we're going to contact the local manager". After 2 weeks, always silence.

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Bäder sind unglaublich klein. Das untere Geschoss war durch penetranten Ölgestank nicht benutzbar. Die Hausagentur hat auf keine meiner Mails geantwortet. Für mehr als 6 Personen ist das Haus nicht geeignet.

Le Repère Des Marmottes Logement très bien situé, proche des lacs, de Gérardmer et de magasins utiles. Belle terrasse! Les équipements sont toutefois vieillissants et le logement nous a paru plus petit que sur les photos. La communication avec le concierge sur place, Monsieur François, est excellente. Il a vraiment veillé à ce que nous ayons un bon séjour et nous l'en remercions!

Le Repère Des Marmottes "Le logement est top. Nous avons séjourné à 5 adultes 1 bébé. C'est très bien équipé. Le bémol est vraiment sur l'entrée dans le logement. Nous avions réservé notre créneau d'arrivée en ligne comme indiqué sur air bnb. Mais sur place on apprend que la conciergerie attendait un appel de confirmation de notre part 48h avant. Or nous n'avions aucune mention de cette info et la conciergerie semblait bien au fait du protocole proposé par Book & pays (à savoir : confirmation en ligne de l'heure d'arrivée). Notre interlocuteur nous a indiqué que nous avions de la chance de n'attendre que 1h avant son arrivée. A la lecture des commentaires précédents, on comprend que ce problème est régulier. Gros point de vigilance donc sur la gestion de l'entrée dans le logement pour ne pas se retrouver à la porte et sans réponse. Pour le reste tout est conforme à la description et idéal adultes comme enfants."

Le Repère Des Marmottes "Chalet plein de charme et très bien situé avec de belles balade à faire aux alentours, proche du lac et de Gérardmer. Concierge très sympathique et accueillant !! Petit bémol sur le nettoyage les personnes avant, n'ont pas dû le réaliser correctement nous nous sommes retrouvé avec des détritus sous le lits et quelques saletés par si par là. Cuisine très petites pour 10 personnes, 1 seul torchon pour les mains, pas pour essuyer la vaisselle et pas tous les produits d'hygiène à disposition pour faire le ménage. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Concierge très sympathique et accueillant"

Le Repère Des Marmottes Hemos estado tres noches en esta hermosa casa en Xonrupt. Hermosas vistas y entorno tranquilo. Hermoso jardin con juegos para los ninios. Lo unico importante a tener en cuenta que tres dormitorios comparten un banio en un piso, mientras que el cuarto dormitorio se encuentra en el sotano con el banio restante. De todas maneras, es una locacion muy recomendable.

Le Repère Des Marmottes "Die Lage ist wunderschön, man kann gut zur Ruhe kommen und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist hübsch renoviert und war winterlich dekoriert, viele kleine schöne Details. Babybett, Rausfallschutz, Hochstühle und Spielzeug waren vorhanden, was sehr gut war. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder (davon 4 Kleinkinder) und es war zum Teil schon etwas eng, vor allem in der Küche kann man eigentlich nur alleine kochen, weil kein Platz für mehrere Personen da ist. Die steile Treppe war mit Kleinkindern nicht so praktisch und die Zimmer im Untergeschoss haben ein wenig „Garagenflair“, es riecht nach Heizöl. Etwas nervig war die Kommunikation vorab. Ich bekam eine Nachricht mit einem Link, wo ich angeben sollte, wann wir ankommen. Außerdem war die Nummer des Concierge angegeben mit dem Hinweis, man solle bei Fragen nicht zögern ihn zu kontaktieren. Da wir keine Fragen hatten, haben wir ihn nicht kontaktiert und es gab ein wenig hin und her beim check-in. Das war etwas unglücklich."

Merci à Monsieur François le concierge pour sa réactivité à l'arrivée et à la sortie malgré un petit soucis de communication initial. Notez que c'est un propriétaire qui passe par une agence qui passe par Airbnb, c'est à dire que les standards Airbnb ne sont pas remplis. Linge de maison, serviette et ménage pas inclu automatiquement comme précisé dans l'annonce. Bizarrement il en était de même pour les sacs poubelle, le savon, le gel douche, le papier toilette, etc, pas disponible à notre arrivée. Pas gênant quand on arrive hors jour férié, mais il faut le savoir pour éviter les mauvaises surprises. On recommande ??"

Le Repère Des Marmottes "Chalet très bien positionné. Les chambres et les pièces de vie sont modernes et bien décorées. L’hôte s’est montré très arrangeant pour la remise des clés. L’annonce correspond à la réalité. Seul bémol, il manque de nombreux consommables (ou en nombre insuffisant) : dosette de café, sac poubelle, pastille machine à laver, épices, essuie-mains… dommage également que le ménage ne soit pas inclus au prix de la location lorsqu’on réserve plusieurs nuits d’affilées. Sinon allez-y les yeux fermés, le chalet est top !"

Logement fonctionnel et bien équipé, terrasse très agréable, accès à la forêt juste au fond du jardin (parfait pour les champignons) et localisation au calme et parfaite pour rayonner dans la région. Belle découverte !

Zu teuer für das, was geboten wird. 🙂 Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, Küche ist komfortabel ausgestattet, wunderbare Terrasse. 🙁 Es wurde keine Bettwäsche gestellt, obwohl hierauf bei Buchung nicht hingewiesen wurde. Es konnte Bettwäsche für einen horrenden Preis gemietet werden. ☹️ Das Haus verfügt über eine extrem steile Treppe und ist für geheingeschränkte Personen nicht geeignet. Bad und Toilette sind extrem klein In der Küche waren Ameisen, was sich bei offen stehenden Lebensmitteln als Problem dargestellt hat. Der Spielplatz und der Grillplatz ist von der Terrasse nicht erreichbar, weil das Gartentor sich nicht öffnen lässt."
