“When I saw the pictures of this property, I wasn’t expecting top-tier, all-inclusive quality, but I was expecting at least a basic level of cleanliness and good communication with the staff. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I arrived, the entire border of the studio was dirty, covered with black grime. The towels were old, discolored, and stiff. There were ants coming out of the air conditioning, and there wasn’t even hand soap in the bathroom. On the first day, I messaged the owner……

“More comfortable beds. Place was great clean, nice neighborhood quiet. Wonderful area love all the convenience of the place in PA . But definitely needs comfortable mattresses. Loved the host. ”

“The property owner was very unresponsive. It was missing a few important amenities, which we then purchased under our own cost. Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. The WiFi in the house was not functioning properly neither. There were rust on most metal items inside the bathroom, and it was very moldy. The unit sits right on the main……

“Fantastic views, clean, quaint, good location on Half Moon Bay. I needed good internet to work while I was here, and it was spotty most of the time, which led to frustration. Great place to get away though!”
