スタッフの方からのお部屋の説明が大変丁寧でした。お部屋は掃除が行き届いており、チェックアウトまで快適に過ごせました。帰る際は、運転中に眠気が来ないようにお礼のメッセージカードと一緒にガムをいただきました。細やかなお気遣いがたくさんあり、とても有難かったです。山形に来た際にはまた宿泊したいと思います。

小さくも手入れの整った旅館でした。温泉は時間帯で男風呂・女風呂が入れ替わります。 　駐車場は狭いですがスタッフの方が誘導してくれます。今回借りた部屋にエアコンはないですが、設置型の空調機がある為、快適に過ごせました。 　近くには源泉の湯と最低限、お食事処がありました。温泉街は少し狭く、車では走りずらいですが...おすすめです。

Super expérience à Zao onsen.

Super ryokan niché dans la montagne de zao. Pas si facile d'accès sans voiture (bus et bouchons depuis Yamagata). Néanmoins cela vallait le coup : très beau lieu tout confort. Litterie impeccable, bâtiment propre et surtout un repas merveilleux !! Le onsen est très jolie mais le bain extérieur est très très chaud. Seul bémole : pas de douches dans la chambre mais pas si grave sachant qu'il y a un onsen. Très bon séjour à 4 !! nous recommandons vivement en couple, entre amis ou en famille : il y a un espace commun où se détendre et jouer a des jeux ou discuter. A noter que hors saison le village n'est pas spécialement beau.

很經典老牌的飯店, 木造的房子住起來很舒服, 都是禢禢米, 房間內寬敞, 早餐, 晚餐分量皆很足夠, 沒有電梯, 行李搬運較辛苦, 有放置雪具的專用暖房, 有溫泉, 可惜的是溫泉池太小而且溫度太燙, 藏王巴士站走過來大概5~7分鐘, 可安排接送

The service is extremely bad. The staff is not nice. we booked a shuttle to pick up at 4:40, the staff wrong booked 3:30 and we waited 30 mins under the snow and had to walk back under the snow.
