"We stayed in this ryokan for a family trip. The city is unknown to non-Japanese people, but the people at the ryokan were so kind and helpful. Sometimes it was not easy to communicate as their English was not the best, but they tried their best to help. The meals were awesome, and the bath places were great as well. We were totally satisfied and I strongly recommend this place."

"Not worth it. Way over priced! We stayed one night. Staff are very nice. But the place is of a by gone era. It’s old but not in a charming way. Showers in the onsen are cold and you have to wait for many minutes in order for hot water to come out. The rooms and elevators are old. the outdoor hotspring is on the top floor with no facilities (you have to go downstairs first and shower) and no real view to speak of. "本当の軽井沢ではないですが、雰囲気や気候は確実に軽井沢の隠れ家的なホテルです。 北欧風をコンセプトにしているようにスタイリッシュでシンプルで広々とした空間です。 野菜が自慢のレストランだけあって、野菜がおいしいです。野菜が入ったソーセージやスープが絶品でした。 今回はお部屋にサウナが付いているタイプを選んだのですが、ドアのタイプが以前東京で事故があった取っ手のタイプだったので、ちょっと怖かったです。あと非常ボタンもなかったように思います。 ベッドは広々でぐっすり眠れました。 子連れで予約すると階段の転落防止柵が取り付けてあり、助かりました。 アメニティーは充実していて ドライヤーはRifa です。 お風呂は追い焚きができるタイプです。 13:00チェックアウトなので 忙しくなければゆったりできます。"
