“It was a bit smaller than we expected, which was actually perfect for my sister and I. But.” sleeps 4” was not 4 adults. It was two adults and two children as the second bed was a twin with a trundle underneath. All very comfortable very very nicely organized, clean, and a beautiful space. The walk to the beach was amazing, through a wetland wildlife area. And you could walk right into ” town” also… Which consists of one store (mercantile ) & one restaurant, both good. “I loved the location and the privacy we felt in this home. Although there were next door neighbors they were not very visible through the trees on both sides of the house. The location is close to the coast yet close enough to run in to Portland several times to visit with family. If you plan to visit during the cooler weather months throw in an extra sweatshirt as the fireplace and space heaters just could’nt get the house warm enough to our liking, however we are old and like it toasty warm.……
