"We had a great stay, and this hotel was in great location from being connected to Denny's to being close to the things we came to town to enjoy. The staff, no matter who we encountered, from front desk to cleaning ladies, were so nice and friendly. Definitely a place we would stay again if or when we are back in town. "Nice lodge with old Florida charm right on the water. Large room, comfortable furniture, friendly staff in a great location. We launched our boards right from the dock. Spring fed pool was a cool feature. We had the opportunity to chat with a couple of the friendly owners. We will definitely stay again!"

"This was our first time at Crystal River and the Turtle House didnt disappoint. It was a little out dated but overall an enjoyable experience. There is a hot tube on the property and we were pretty disappointed to find out it is drained and not usable. It would have been nice since we could use the pool because of how cold it was. But there was so much stuff that was available, kayaks, lifejackets, dog toys (but we didnt bring our animals), a dock to walk out on, and bikes (we used about everyday). We would definitely go back."
