“Absolutely loved this place. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a 4 year old. It wasnt too far from downtown and everything was within walking distance. We also loved the water pressure for the shower. Most people dont think about that but it was definitely something that made us happy. Overall the only thing we think would be a great addition would be a full size mirror just to help us see our outfits especially since we were here for a concert. But overall we really……

“Good location, close to everything in the Museum District. On-site staff was helpful and attentive. The drawer on the bathroom vanity was broken when we arrived, and there was also a leak in the bathroom sink plumbing, requiring several visits from Maintenance after we informed Sosuites via text. The dishwasher was visibly broken when we arrived, and stayed broken throughout our 7-day stay. Worse, we learned from maintenance that the company had a repair order for the washer before we rented it……

“Absolutely thrilled with my stay at The Archway. Spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. Tall ceilings, spacious open floor plan. Numerous amenities. Plenty of towels. Quiet, safe and comfortable. Location was great.. in a very convenient area in the heart of Fishtown. The water is filtered which was very nice as we didn’t need to buy bottled. Pet friendly..brought our Ragdoll cat. The management was excellent! They were easily accessible via text and responded quickly. Would 100 %……

“Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.”

The front desk staff appeared disengaged and unprofessional, making the check-in process more difficult than it should have been. When traveling, a welcoming and courteous front desk experience sets the tone for a guest's stay. Unfortunately, the lack of engagement and poor customer service created an uninviting atmosphere. I hope the property will place greater emphasis on customer……

“I loved the modern aesthetic and spacious feel of the place. The location was in a cute little area. The room was very clean and well kept. Also, the whole process from start to finish was so easy and how they do the checkin, handle stuff during your stay all the way until after your stay is exceptional. I highly recommend checking out SoSuite all over the city. Recommend: checking out the add-on tabs too it is helpful when needing things to do as well as good parking deals!”
