"This cabin's location is perfect if you will be traveling into the park each day. (And if not, it's a beautiful, peaceful spot to spend the time) It was very clean, nicely decorated and cozy on the river. We had elk outside a couple nights. Great for star gazing. Lots of places to eat out nearby. Grocery store just minutes away. Check in & check out were smooth. The kitchen has everything we needed. Thanks again! "

"Very clean, modernized yet still rustic/historic looking cabin might have a smaller footprint, and the owners have utilized every square foot perfectly. Our plans to back country camp in Yellowstone changed due to the weather, and we were extremely fortunate to find the 1916 Schoolhouse available. Our host was very responsive and communicated everything perfectly. The cabin is close to Gardiner which has most everything you would need, yet it is tucked away between two mountains. It feels like you are hours away from something. "

"This property is a great option if visiting Yellowstone, but it also provides easy access to the Yellowstone River and Gallatian National Forest. We had no issues putting the address into Google maps and finding it. The property was clean and homey, with great views. Having the bathroom downstairs from the bedrooms does make getting ready a little inconvenient, but we just ultimately moved all our clothes downstairs. Overall great stay and will choose this property again when returning to Yellowstone. "
