"Staff are very experienced and savvy. Handled check in and our enquiries promptly and right on. Room layout and amenities are great for family and business travel. We lived on the 5/F and our room was freshly renovated. Comfortable bed and pillows. The complimentary drip coffee was tasty. Location very ideal as it can be accessed through the subway. Yodobashi and eateries are just next door. "
