“Had a great stay! Stayed in Southend and went to The Eagles concert at Spectrum. Owner very responsive, reserved parking (1 space) plus street parking. Apartment in a multiapartment building so a coded lock on outside door as well as on the apartment door (different codes). It is a second-floor apartment with no elevator. Owner provided bottled water, coffee machine and coffee bag, juice and basic mixers. Will be back.”

“This location was perfect!! Cute and cozy place. Needs a little bit of work but the pictures are very accurate!! Not a good spot for anyone plus size! The bathroom is very small. The walls are thin so you are able to hear the people in the other duplex. Overall I enjoyed my stay!!!”
