Layout of the apartment is great, working laundry in the basement, lots of beach stuff to borrow in the basement, parking is easy, hosts are easy to communicate with. We will be back. ”

“The hosts were wonderful - they gave great hike recommendations and helped us feel at ease. The view is beautiful! The apartment is connected to the hosts house but they gave us plenty of space, set us up for a fire, and left zucchini bread. Such a sweet place to stay! Highly recommend.”

“Excellent location easy walk to beach ”

“The Top Floor Beach Getaway was exactly what we were looking for. This is our third summer going to Old Orchard Beach and this stay was the most convenient we have had. Being just a few steps from the beach was a game changer, especially with having small children. The walk to town was convenient as well (about 10 minutes). The patio and grills were great for cooking and hanging out in-between the beach and town. The condo was nothing too fancy but it was clean and had everything our family……

“L'emplacement est vraiment top pour l'accès au centre ville de Old Orchard. Le stationnement est à l'arrière et accessible. Par contre, malgré les rénovations récentes, l'appartement n'est pas très bien entretenu. Le logement est affiché pour 8 personnes, mais à 7 (4 adultes et 3 enfants), nous ne pouvions pas être confortable (table à dîner trop petite, lit bof bof, environnement bruyant).”

“The apartment was nice however it had an oder of old cigarette smoke that lingered and the stairwell/ hallway was in need of cleaning and updating We enjoyed the outside area that had a small firepit and chairs The walk to the beach was around 10 minutes There is a small convenience store extremely close by which was helpful ”
