「The house was as cute as a button! The neighborhood was also very safe and walkable. Everything was so clean and the expectations for our stay were easily outlined. I would absolutely stay again!」

「Gwynne and her family’s cottage is so quaint! This was my first time spending the weekend in Belmont, and I couldn’t have picked a better place to call home for the weekend. Not only was it beautiful and clean, but it was in proximity to all of the town’s dining and stores. The hammock was a plus, and I enjoyed a few minutes lying outside in nature. From booking to check out, Gwynne and team communicated effectively! I would definitely stay here again!」

「A very nice property with all of the amenities one would want - Keurig with coffee, nice washer and dryer, detergent, big bathrooms, lots of nice towels, very open with big windows and great for families! Quiet neighborhood away from 485 hearing only the sound of birds in the tree lined neighborhood. Conveniently located to Ballantyne and Pineville and easy drive to Indian Land on Lancaster Hwy and 521. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. We were very thankful...

「The host was very nice and welcoming! Communication was great as well! The home was lovely and the views from the lake were beautiful!」

「Great」

「This place was perfect for our Lake Wylie getaway! The house was clean, well decorated, and had plenty of beds for everyone. The kids stayed busy all day fishing, kayaking, and enjoying the lake, while the large deck was perfect for games of cornhole and relaxing. Evenings around the fire pit were a great way to end the day. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly lake vacation.」

「We loved Sweetwater and Lake Wylie. The house is perfect with all the amenities you need for a welcoming stay. The dock was lovely but the sandy beach was the best place to relax and hear the waves come in. And our dog loved the geese!」

「This cottage is a beautiful retreat. Furnishings are serene and tasteful. Appliances are very modern. Location is quiet. Perfect!」

「Teri was a wonderful host and the property gave us the perfect location to experience Lake Wylie from.」

「Very small dwelling. Basically one bedroom. A kitchenette bathroom and shower were actually quite nice. No parking at the site. You have to walk to the Jason Street. Could use better lighting at night. Other than that, no problems. Air conditioning was good」
