THE SPACE
Letsstay York
Chaloners consists of a private entrance that leads you directly into the property. On entering you will find a bright livingroom to your right with a three-seater sofa, and TV. Moving on to the open kitchen/dining room area, a fully equipped modern kitchen with a cooker, Smeg fridge, Dualit toaster, and kettle. In the dining area, you will find a large seating area with a table, chairs, and a bench to seat four guests. The seating is located next to the garden patio doors to open and bring the outdoors in while you enjoy your morning coffee/tea. Leading upstairs you will find two cosy large bedrooms with luxury bedding, storage, and panelling detail. Moving on you come to the modern bathroom with a bath, shower, vanity unit sink, and WC. The front of the property is a private driveway for one car and the back of the property is a beautiful large garden, a patio area with a table and chairs, and a garden bench at the bottom of the garden to relax in the morning sunshine. Chaloners has been furnished with a contemporary finish offering a modern luxury experience for every guest.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to Chaloners, a private entrance, and a garden, with self-check-in and free off-street parking on the driveway for one car. Check-in is 3pm Check out 10am

There are stairs up to the two bedrooms and one bathroom.
A travel cot is available on request, free of charge, please bring bedding for the cot.
We provide the internet wifi code on arrival.
Parking in York center is on average up to three pounds an hour, so the FREE parking at the property and the short bus ride into the center are ideal. The bus stop is located across the road from the property. The holiday let is also walking distance to York Races.
There is a number of electric charging points in York, you will be able to use your app to locate these for your specific car.

Neighbourhood
This two-bed house is perfect for a city break to explore York center and York Races. Chaloners with Letsstay York is less than 2 miles from the heart of York just 5-10min journey, with everything this beautiful historic city has to offer. It is also close to the York Designer Outlet for indoor shopping and Hob Moor Nature Reserve. Lidl is 2 minute walk away for freshly baked pastries and fresh bread in the morning. and a large Tesco supermarket is just 5 minutes drive away, open 24 hours.
A little walk to a great new coffee shop that serves fresh bread and cakes and also turns into a bar at night. A selection of pubs are nearby for both food and drink. And fresh vegetable shop/cafe.
Close by there is also a bank, post office, Morrisons, Co-op, bakeries, charity shops, a nail bar, and a tanning studio.
We have great routes for running and walking nearby along with yoga studios, a gym, a park for children, and local pubs with beer gardens. The house is less than a mile from York Races and York College
