"Everything was clean (although the carpets could use a deep cleaning). The staff were very friendly (although one gave us wrong information about the cancellation policy, but it didn't matter in the end, for we were happy to stay on). I like the lounge. The TV was a little confusing, but we figured it out (the available channels are spread out, but if you go the Guide, you can easily see which are available). Most of all, we loved the fact we could open the windows! (We love fresh air!) I also so much enjoyed the pool, which is lit up so beautifully with sunlight in the mornings."
