Horrible customer service

The place was good and the on site staff were helpful but the overall experience from Hotels.com was terrible and made the whole trip unpleasant. The accommodation don’t answer the phone and Hotel.com have appalling customer service and just don’t care what happens after they take your money, they openly admit that they have NO complaints procedure and that they do not abide by Data Protection law.
