“We were there watch our kids compete in the Toronto World Cup. This place is a little far away from the Pan Am Center with traffic but all the hotels were booked. We enjoyed our stay. I didn't realize the room access was in the backyard when we checked in, so I accidentally went to the wrong room and tried to unlock the lock box to no avail. I don't know if I missed that in the description of the room, but it would be nice to have that reminder in the message before checking in.
