I enjoyed a little getaway here. The deck right off from the kitchen was so nice, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great for just waking up and going for a stroll downtown to shop. It was a very comfortable stay. I could hear some people in the basement through the vents, but only at times.

We are 4 adults who needed a place to stay in Yorkton for 2 nights. Corey’s place is centrally located and had every amenity we could possibly need. The beds were clean and comfy and the area is quiet. We did have a couple questions, Corey was quick to respond each time. We would definitely not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Corey.

Soundproofing could be better...could hear people talking in downstairs suite. Washer in kitchen/doors not closing is awkward. Shower while clean was very rusty.
