"The Hohnstead is pure magic! The property is beautiful with great views, fresh air, and a perfect balance of thoughtful convenience mixed with mountain peace. Our cabin was really comfortable and we loved falling asleep with the stars shining brightly above us and waking up to the sound of all the birds singing their morning songs. The hosts are amazing. They share their passion for where they live and what they do and effortlessly make you feel so welcome. I seriously can't find the right words to express how wonderful this place is. We were in the area for an event in Missoula and found it extremely easy to make the trip to and from town when needed and enjoyed the drive along the Blackfoot river to get there. Do yourself a favor and stay here!"

"This cute little A-frame is a great step up from camping while still giving you the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. It's the perfect place to stay if you're looking to get away from town, unplug, and spend time in nature. The setting is peaceful and relaxing, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the surrounding scenery. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, cozy nature retreat.The hosts were also very friendly and helpful!"

"The pictures and advertising for this beautiful mountain cabin, didn’t do it justice!!This is probably one of the coolest, most affordable, easily accessible vacation rentals I’ve ever rented!!Everything about it was so perfect down to the two bedrooms that gave great privacy, the beautiful walls made of blue pine, and sitting out on the covered porch to watch the amazing sunrise in the morning. There were instant Mountain views from the windows and I couldn’t believe how easily accessible and close this is to Missoula yet it felt like we were out in the middle of nowhere. I adored seeing the chickens walk around the property and I appreciated the host leaving the porch light on for us as we arrived fairly late in the evening. This vacation rental felt so clean. It was instantly comfortable and I just appreciated it so much.Thank you for a lovely stay!"
