「This is my fourth stay at the Barcelo resort. The facility is beautiful and very comfortable. I'll definitely be coming back, thanks to their excellent service and great atmosphere! We were served every day by Helinda, Ismail, Belisario at Coco bar who were charming and very good professionals, making cocktails according to our preferences. The staff is friendly and the food is excellent. Book dinners in specialty restaurants very easy, We enjoyed the food in Mare Nostrum as well as in Tokio...

「Overall everything was great. Just a couple things was disappointing me and our friends. Alcohol. When you ordered cocktails true waiters then qualify very bad. You have to go by your self to counter to see what bartender added to your glass. 」

「Always is a good time to stay there and enjoy all the beautiful landscapes, endless pool the bar and the excellent service, also you can visit three more Barcelo's around in the property and walk all along in the property to exercise or just to enjoy the sea. The gym there is huge, the food is excellent. The only thing I didn't like is the rocks in the beach you have to wear water shoes. This is my four time that I stay there, three times in " Barcelo riviera Maya and one Barcelo Maya...
