「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). Good coffee is provided at lobby all day. No resort fee. Over night parking is the only extra charge. The parking lot conveniently located to an...

「Quiet .beautiful environment,Great service attitude.」

「This was a beautiful hotel. We did not realize until too late that check-in times were limited. And we really missed having a fridge in our room. The manager did let us use the fridge in the upstairs lounge but that was shared with another group of people.」

「水凉，房间卫生一般」

「周围景点很多，非常方便」

「The hotel is nice, but I booked it specifically for the rooftop, heated, year-round pool. I had confirmed our two rooms the morning of our check-in, and the hotel staff didn't tell me that they had closed the pool. I learned of it upon check-in. 「I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee. They also give you 2 bottles of water in your room as well as a complimentary small...

「Very helpful staff, free parking, breakfast included. Great location for the zoo or city museum.」

「Staff would have been sufficient if the room has been well. Was consistently put on hold when calling front desk. 1st room smelled like smoke. 2 nd room didn't have water, sheets are worn and ripped. Head pillow stained.」

「My only complaint is that I had only one bottle of water in my room and there was no refill the next day」
