「Hotel is new compare to others in gozo. Room is comfy. The cleaning can be improved. The breakfast is good. But lack of salad vegetable. And the cups are not very clean. There r flies in the outdoor dining area. But I think it’s the best one at Marsalforn area」

「For some reason every shower we have been in Gozo has leaked all over the bathroom floor. The toilet paper here is cheap and very scratchy. The reception is not 24 hours. Oh parking is a total nightmare. We were there five days and only once did we manage to park close to the hotel and that was luckily on the last day. The Grand Hotel Excelsior offers everything you would expect from a five-star resort: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a well-equipped fitness center, multiple restaurants and bars, and excellent amenities. 「We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott for seven nights and had an excellent experience. The room was cleaned to a very high standard every day without us ever needing to ask. Even on days when we stayed in the room later than usual, housekeeping made sure everything was spotless by the time we returned in the evening. The food was good. 「2 out of 4 nights of my stay there were children in the indoor pool even though it was supposed to be 14+ only after 6pm. This was quite annoying. The jacuzzi was also not operational for the whole week I was there. Staff were very friendly. Room was very spacious and an excellent location. Just slightly let down by things within their control.」
