Comfortable, superb view

Pros - Magnificent view of the Matterhorn - Large balcony - Close (ish) to town - Comfortable bed - Very quiet block of flats with lift - Bus stop right opposite the bottom of the path up the hill (red and green buses) Cons - Very small kitchen, no oven except for small electric plug-in type - Long walk up the hill although there is disabled access, not suitable for wheelchairs however - At the farthest end of town from the main lift, close to Sunnegga however

Good choice for our trip

All good in our stay in Viscaria. The only thing it costs is to climb the stairs to get to the apartment. Once there everything is perfect, as offered. Perfect attention and service of delivery and reception of keys. Would definitely return

Was heißt hier "Titel"?

Das Wichtige für mich hat gepasst: Ruhige Lage (Heli-Lärm in Zermatt leider unvermeidbar), Aussicht aufs Matterhorn war wunderbar, Tisch am Fenster (zum Malen und Lesen an Tagen ohne Wanderung), Bettdecke nicht allzuzu dick (habe nur wenig geschwitzt). Kleine Kritikpunkte z.B.: Topfdeckel passen in der Größe nicht zu den Töpfen, die Töpfe nicht zu den Kochplatten. Triste Zimmerbeleuchtung mit einer Deckenlampe, habe eine Leselampe benötigt. TV lieferte kein SRF1, ARD

saubere, kleine Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick

Nach einigen negativen Kommentaren, waren wir positiv überrascht, wie sauber und schön die Wohnung war. Alles übertroffen hat der Ausblick über Zermatt und das Matterhorn. Einzig der "Aufstieg" über die Treppen macht den Zugang zu einer sportlichen Übungseinheit ;-)

Ist eine nette Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft hat mir sehr gut gefallen, wenn man das Treppenlaufen gewöhnt ist. Leider haben die Zusatzkosten für Bettwäsche, Frottierwäsche und Endreinigung (pro Person verrechnet) die Endsumme so in die Höhe getrieben, dass ich es nicht mehr mieten würde.

well furnished and equipped apartment with all the necessities. however my only issue is that the pillow case was horrifyingly dirty with lots of dandruff, lint, hair, etc. Had to use a spare towel to cover the pillow before daring to use it. The apartment has a nice view of the matterhorn, however this comes at a steep price of climbing 6-7 stories equivalent in stairs and slopes. hence not advisable for elderly/disabled/those with lots of heavy luggages.

Appartamento nella media, con un ottima vista sulla valle e sul cervino, arredi e attrezzatura buoni, buona pulizia, non adatto a chi ha problemi motori, ci sono 85 gradini per raggiungere lo stabile. Adatto per soggiorni di diversi giorni, altrimenti le spese aggiuntive (pulizia+biancheria, ecc) incidono parecchio sul costo totale

Très bon séjour

L'appartement est très calme, sobre. Il y a de quoi cuisiner "léger". L'accès est toutefois assez long, avec pas mal d'escaliers, on réfléchit à 2 fois avant de rentrer le soir, on va pas vite ressortir pour faire une course!
