"Very disappointed by the whole experience. Booked six rooms all rooms were dusty and untidy. Stains on the bedsheets, not enough shampoo and missing towels. As we are a sporting group we expected a swimming pool to be available. This was advertised for width. It’s out of order until May and it looked disgusting. Should not be coming there ever again."

"The room given to me and my family had cob webs in every corner and roaches, black mold in the shower and in the sink"

"Super Great location and felt very safe! We had a girls weekend and were a short distance to big shopping and even closer to Downtown Zionsville boutique shopping and so many food option!"

"Booked to hotel for 6 nights but had a family emergency and I only stayed for 1 of the 6 nights. They refused to refund me anything, not even half. Would have appreciated at least a little bit of them working with me."

"Staff is very nice, place is clean, breakfast was ok, location is ideal. beds are comfy but not huge in size."

"I usually stay at this hotel twice a month I come in town with my family My last couple of stays have not been what it usually especially this time April 25,2026. My sink was stopped up in the bathroom. But before that I checked in at 415pm my children went to the pool about 440pm. We was there no long then 20 mins due to the CHLORINE being to strong.I notified the front desk which they told me it was salt water which I didn’t believe at all because everyone left out. The hotel closed the pool about a hour later & never opened it back up. I was very upset because honestly what is it do at a hotel for children besides SWIM. They are getting worse if you ask me I don’t recommend."

"Did not like the lighting situation of the room. The light in the middle kitchen area was motion activated and would not stay off even when clicking the button. If an hour or so went by, the motion activation starts up again and so it would turn on in the middle of the night if going to use the restroom and it is a very bright light. The main switch in the room controls the outlets of the lamps near the bed, but there was no indication when turning off that switch that the lamps would not work nor be able to be used to charge phones or anything."

"In our room the air conditioner was wonky and worked when it wanted, the toilet kept making noise every so often even thru the night, the dresswr and remote were so sticky Inhad to wipe them down myself..along with the entry floor..which the wet towel came up almost black. There was also no way to make coffee...had the coffe grounds but no basket"
