"Stayed here for a wedding and had a great experience overall. We got upgraded to a presidential suite at check-in, which was a nice surprise. Food was excellent with plenty of options to choose from, and the spa massage was fantastic. A couple things to know: we heard from a lot of guests that they had to switch rooms multiple times during their stay. The golf cart service also gets backed up in the evenings, so build in extra time if you have somewhere to be. Would definitely recommend if you're a fan of Cabo."

"Our stay at Paradisus Los Cabos exceeded every expectation. The resort is beautiful, with gorgeous grounds and one of the most welcoming, swimmable beaches in Los Cabos, a rarity here. We loved spending our days in the pool and beach cabanas, which were super relaxing, and made every day feel like a true vacation. The food was another highlight. Every restaurant offered plentiful, high-quality meals that were full of flavor; and every dining experience felt special. What truly made this trip unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every single person, from the restaurant teams and bartenders to the pool and beach staff and the Reserve team, was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay amazing. Activities and entertainment team also deserves recognition!! And - a very special thank you to our concierge, Carlos. He was simply unbelievable. He was personable, incredibly responsive, often replying within seconds, and always stopped by to say hello and make sure everything was perfect. He reserved the best cabanas for us, made sure we experienced a breathtaking sunset dinner at one of the resort's most delicious restaurants, and handled every request with genuine care and enthusiasm. Thanks to Carlos, our stay truly felt like paradise. We also thoroughly enjoyed all of the Reserve perks that came with our upgrade. They absolutely enhanced our experience and were well worth it. We will definitely be back!"

"The resort is nice...our room was very clean and housekeeping kept it clean daily with fresh towels and we had a nice mini bar in the room also. The pool parties are very fun with lots of daily activities with plenty of bar service! The Dislikes: how can you have 3 level rooms with no elevators!!!! Absolutely insane in today's culture!! Having to walk those stairs everyday was unbearable! Also you need to incorporate more al carte restaurants instead of having just buffets! The food and restaurants only get 2 stars....need better variety. The last complaint will be the overpriced spa...my husband and I love to get massages!! I was expecting to pay between 100-125 for 60 minutes...but 225 for 80 minutes is absurd!! So we didn't get to book a massage which was disappointing!! That resort credit is a joke....that's where you should really give a discount to guests...maybe a two for one...or 30 to 40 percent off the spa or even to buy souvenirs in the gift shop. But overall the resort was worth the price. We had a Great time!!"

"The hotel is very nice to go with either a family or even for couples. I like that it wasn’t too overcrowded and very relaxing. The food at the restaurants were pretty good. There were a couple of restaurants you can’t attend unless you have the black bracelet. The staff was very nice and very accommodating. Overall, my family and I had a good time and we would return to this hotel. It was pretty nice."
