"The hotel itself is very nice on the property. There are lots of activities and things look very nice since we were there two years ago, however. We were put in tower three, which is not good. Our room was haphazardly built, and there were many issues inside the room starting with its actual construction, being sloppy and messy. Large gaps in the walls were filled in with massive amounts of caulking, and there was mold everywhere in the bathrooms. There was also a sewage smell in our room that persisted. Every day at 4:57 AM a cart came down the hallway that sounded like dishes, smashing and woke everybody up and on our third day on Wednesday morning at 6 AM they started weed whacking or power washing and woke everyone up. This is horrible. The tiles in the pool are so broken that my son cut his foot twice and in different spots. My husband‘s clothes were stained with mold when he leaned against an edge of the pool by the pool bar, where it was so slimy and green that the algae stained his clothes. My kids who are well behaved and 14 were repeatedly told they could not go in one of the hot tubs, while the second hot tub was not heated, and there were only children under five in it peeing with diapers. It was not a good experience for them in that regard this was our second time visiting and I’m sad to say I don’t think we will be back. the food was mediocre at the buffet, and my children did not want to return and since we don’t eat Indian food and they can’t go to the French"

"The pool could had been cleaner and more evening activities for young adolescents. Our teens were bored and the animadores could had been more entertaining. "

"We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a great location, very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The food at the hotel was decent—nothing particularly special—but there are many great local dining options just a few minutes away by Uber or within walking distance near the marina, which made it easy to try authentic local food. One thing to note is that swimming isn’t allowed at the Pacific-facing beach due to strong currents. While that was a bit of a downside for us, we understand that safety comes first. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a convenient location."

"We have the super executive suite with Jaccuzzi and it was could used more Amenities. We did not have bathroom for after the Jacuzzi, the Jacuzzi functions were not all working. The shampoo and conditioner was not the best for the hair after the pool nor the lotion. "

"The welcome staff and the restaurant staff and housekeeping were top notch. I was disappointed in the pool staff who brought drinks. There were may times we were trying to get food or drinks and often got walked past. The drinks were not very good. Our room had banging sounds in the air conditioning and for three days we got cold water. We brought the problems to the front desk and the response was thanks. We are aware. Overall it has good food and restaurants. Loved the Sante one the most. I liked it was a small resort so never a problem with the chairs or to get food. Would like to have more options for evening activities. "
