They were very responsive on WhatsApp whenever I had a question, did not hear noises from outside, making it a pleasant stay. The only downside was that the room was fairly hot. The location is close to a tram to take you to the city centre and bus to the nearest train station, so it is not central, but convenient. Around the hotel there are a mix of some warehouses and offices, we were there at the weekend so it was very quiet. I think cleaning could be better, there were a few stains in the bathroom, but I'd stay again. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that."
