Great few night at the Park Plaza County Hall. I like their eco approach to the rooms and we took the option of not having ours cleaned everyday and we were therefore given a gift box of treats for this. This is a great scheme.

This is our fourth and last trip to the Park Plaza London Westminister Bridge, a shame really because it used to be so wonderful. We always get the upgraded room with the Big Ben view and this time our room had an overpowering mold/mildew odor, probably from growth under the loose floor tiles in the bathroom. To make matters worse, we never could get any maid service during our 3 day stay despite saying we wanted it upon checkin and despite calling every day to say that our room had not been cleaned. When we checked out, nobody asked how our stay was because as had become clesr to use, they didn’t care. This is no longer a four star hotel and we will never stay here again.
