Staff are the best part but NYC pricing is just totally ridiculous. The hotel if priced approriately is totally fine for what it is but at 550 a night not so much. UN and Climate Change week is to blame for the inflated pricing.

This hotel was great. The location was perfect with easy access to the subway and ferry. The room was clean and spaces. Having a lot of room is rare for a NYC hotel. The only negative was the shower. Water gets everywhere.
