Bedretto Valley Cheap Holidays

A pleasant stay at Hotel Mozart, it did what it says on the tin. Room cleanliness left a bit to be desired (stains on the wall and linen and crumbs left on the floor from previous occupants. The location is good and is a nice area. Breakfast was good for its price point.

The breakfast was very disappointing. It was our only change to get a full meal before our long international trip as a family. Eggs were fake, bacon was cooked prosciutto, coffee horrible and fruits fermented.

Breakfast was lovely and staff welcoming. Plenty of trams and buses available. We walked from Milano Central to the hotel - 1 hour. Pleasant walk on the flat. Walk to the city centre approximately 15 minutes. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, decor a little dated (90s). Would recommend and would stay again.

There was construction going on in the basement when we first arrived that was quite loud. The front desk offered to move our room immediately and even brought us a bottle of prosecco and cookies to apologize for the inconvenience. Front desk also assisted in booking a taxi to get us to the airport in a reasonable manor. Would 10/10 book again. Beautiful room and great experience overall!
