Was a beautiful and luxurious hotel in the heart of the hectic Old Quarter. The room was perfect. The hotel staff was super accommodating and helpful throughout our stay - shoutout to Antony, you were awesome.

All perfect. Only little itch was in the Milan restaurant. Lights could have been more cozy and the music good have been a bit louder. But please note: This is criticism on a very high level.

Stayed During the Tet Holiday;
Hotel Staff were all lovely and helpful.
Special shoutout to the Concierge staff, who were able to find us a City Tour Guide working during the holidays.
We had an excellent stay and the Lotte Hotel Hanoi will be my first choice on my next visit to Hanoi
