Excellent experience overall. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of selection from Vietnamese soup to continental food

The staff were very kind and friendly, and the cleaners did an amazing job at keeping our rooms tidy. However, the whole place was much older than we expected from the photos. No stairs for the first two floors so unless you’re staying at ground level, you will have to climb a couple of flights of stairs to get to the lift. The initial room was like a basement that smelled mouldy, they luckily gave us another room, but even the better room had mould between the shower tiles and the shower floor was extremely slippery so we both had falls in the shower. There was a good selection of food at breakfast, and the location was fantastic. However, I will opt for a more modern, cleaner hotel next time I visit Hanoi.

We had a fantastic stay at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa. The room and location were perfect, restaurant and bar were so convenient, and above all, the staff was fantastic! So friendly, accommodating and happy! From check in to check out, 10/10! We can’t wait to come back!! Thank you Hanoian Central!!

My room was clean, cool from the AC and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location is great—walking distance to many great restaurants and the hub of the Hanoi chaos. If it’s your first trip to Hanoi, staff provide a map and list of places to eat. I’d stay there again.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel always wants to improve, you must admire this attitude :)
