We had the best time in Hanoi staying here. The location was great, very central and easy to walk to all of the places we wanted. The room was really clean. The staff was so lovely, they helped us book activities, airport transfers and find good places to eat. They also helped us when one of us got sick and were so accommodating. Thank you especially to Jack. We had a few days up in the mountains and decided to book again when we got back because we loved it so much. Would stay here again when we come back.

Great stay, enjoyed the balcony on the top floor room, very friendly staff, excellent location in the old quarter. Breakfast is the best! Better than expected. Had to walk to a different location but only 2 minutes walking and the selection was great and everything was very delicious. Highly recommend! Would stay here again.
