Great location if your going to Broadway Shows. Staff was friendly. Rooms are tiny but space is at a premium there. No fridge or way to get ice from what I could see if those are things you care about. Probably wouldn't stay there if I was with a family. But if you want to spend less on lodging and need something that gets the job done this is a great place. No issues with my AC or outside noise.

From arrival, I was welcomed with warmth, professionalism & great attention to detail that made me feel genuinely valued.Special thanks to Junior & Luis at the afternoon front desk both were outstanding: welcoming, attentive, professional & always ready to assist with a smile. The VIP welcome, including a complimentary bottle of wine, was a thoughtful touch. I also want to recognize Jenifer Tenecota, Jessica Fragoso Asst. Manager for their excellent service & dedication.The hotel has a chic, quiet, Parisian-inspired elegance. My suite was amazing. Clean. Stylish. Spacious. Very quiet. Perfect for rest after busy NYC business days.The location is ideal for work, especially in NoMad, w/ easy access to Midtown East & West, Flatiron & key business districts making all my meetings very convenient while still offering a calm retreat in the heart of the city.Overall, the entire team delivered a seamless, high-level hospitality experience. I left with great memories & real appreciation for the property. Highly recommended for business or leisure & I look forward to returning.💎💎💎💎💎
