Sadly my stay was riddled with problems hence the rating. The blind broke the first time I used it, the clock alarm was preset without me knowing so woke me at 1am, the bed was sagging (so deeply uncomfortable). There were so many strands of long black hair left on the floor of the bathroom (I'm blonde), and I was placed next to a family with toddlers who's bedtime routine was to leave them to scream for 2 hrs each night from 10pm to 12am whilst they went to the bar for drinks.
Other points for future travellers; they charge for water (no daily free bottles like other hotels).
There are no Robes in the rooms.
Pros:
Location is a 2 mins walk to Museum Train station.
The Sydney Cidery (Bar) has excellent pizza
The room has a Desk and Sofa

We loved our stay at this very busy hotel. Good room with view to the mountains. King bed. Excellent breakfast deal $25. Friendly staff. Meal and drink deals on various nights. Well located, short walk to Central Station and light rail. On the edge of China Town with plenty of alternatives food options. Wilsons Parking next door.

Amazing experience from check in staff to checking out. Got upgraded to a family suite, even though it it was only myself and for one night…which was amazing to have the space. Very friendly staff and very clean room. Hop, skip and a jump to Paddy’s Markets in Haymarket and the Tram service. Definitely will be back

Class all the way and Phillip at reception was brilliant. The advice he gave regarding local restaurants was well received and accurate. The only disappointment was we had only one night there!
