北海岸 浪漫假期之旅

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I like that it is an affordable but solid hotel. The breakfast buffet is good for its price. And the room is clean, tidy with GREAT running hot and cold water pressure, and a relatively comfortable bed. I’m especially impressed how good the shower is built. Not one drop of water spilled/leaked out!! Both the room and bathroom are spacious. The hotel sent us a message ahead of time to say that they no longer provide single-use amenities such as shampoo and toothpaste. That’s a bit of a shame for I had to carry more myself. The staff is efficient and friendly. Free coffee and some F&B are available in the lobby but only on the weekdays. That’s another shame cuz the snacks were great. The only unfortunate thing is that, according to Expedia, the hotel provides free airport shuttle. I inquired the hotel through Expedia’s messaging system several times but never got a reply. When I inquired at the hotel, it turns out the shuttle is not running. A disappointment. But otherwise, a great quickie stay. I would definitely recommend and return.

環境舒適，服務人員親切。

冷氣只能調整至22度，但出來體感只有大約25。房間向西，晚上回來就算開了一會兒空調感覺房間不夠涼。這是需要改善的地方。酒店地點很方便，斜對面有超市、麥當勞快歺等。

這次一共入住兩晚，服務人員的服務都不錯，特別是lounge的員工，服務都很周到，此趟慶生之旅還有安排到頤宮餐廳用餐，整體服務跟餐點都很滿意，只有以下幾點可能需要再加強。 1. 訂房時有先備注需要記憶枕*2，但進房後並沒有提供，需要親自打給房務才送來。 2.此趟為慶生之旅，入住時也有和我們確認第二天整理房間時才會放迎賓水果跟蛋糕置房內，第二天整理完房間後，迎賓水果有提供，也確認過冰箱，只有minibar的飲料，到退房之前都沒有收到蛋糕。 2. 床頭沒有插座很不方便。 3. 整個住宿體驗中，辦理入住跟退房都沒有詢問到停車折抵，退房後問了服務人員才幫我們折抵。

A nice cosy room. Clean and suitable for a good night rest. They have extremely comfortable mattress.
