I was very disappointed with the end process as I was never told that upon check in I would need to pay 1500 CNY room deposit but I paid it but nearly 2 weeks later the money is still showing on my credit card I will not use a credit card in China again actually I was there for 1 month and no other hotel asked me for a room deposit

Not the best. Charges locals to drop you at the door. Rooms smelt like smoke. Dirty floors in room. Room service food was very cold and not hot
