The hotel, customer service and overall experience at the hotel was touch notch. I’ll definitely be staying there again

This was a perfect stay for our family trip. It offered enough space and privacy from while traveling with teenagers. The location was great. Quick walk to Wall St, Battery Park, and the Brooklyn Bridge. It was close to dining and subway station. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.

I want happy with my stay . Hotel is very outdated. AC wasn’t working well room was hot and uncomfortable. Bathroom door was getting stuck and I had to call and ask if the rooms can be changed . Internet WiFi wasn’t working well. I e had to use WiFi connection to make calls . Rooms were old and dark . Will not come back

The breakfast bar was very clean and the variety of good was great!

- Air conditioner in our room was not working. It worked on and off eventually. - Only received turn down service one night. - Door security inside the hotel was rude and wouldn’t let my wife in one afternoon and physically moved to block her…not good. - Trash in our hallway every day - Overall, it needs better management that cares

Very clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff and a very good breakfast. The shuttle to the subway was less helpful than I had hoped. It ends at 9 o’clock and we were usually in Manhattan later than that so we had to Uber from the subway station.

The hotel was updated and very pleasing to look at inside. We enjoyed our stay.
