「Clean room and perfect parking」

「The restaurants close by were great and of course, the grocery store was great as well. It was in walking distance. The parking was ample The breakfast was OK. My interaction with the staff was fine and my room was clean.」

「WIFI awful. Couldn’t do a zoom meeting. Couldn’t load anything to my phone. Fridge in room not clean. I only had bottles of water so didn’t really affect me. Bed very comfortable though and tv was good.」

「The property is dirty,.trash all over the parking lot, everything looks unkept and unmaintained. The rooms are tiny, mattresses are 100 years old with awful metal springs. Breezeways, the elevator and the room reeked of cigarette smoke, it was impossible for a nonsmoker to stay there. If you look up roach hotel in an encyclopedia, or his place will be an illustration.」

「I didn't like the centipede crawling on the bathroom floor, the excessive barking of 2 dogs at all different hours of the day & night and the loud screaming fight between 2 other occupants in the middle of night that spilled out into the hall. Although thankfully it was a short incident it still woke me up at an ungodly hour.」

「I checked in after waiting ten minutes for someone to come to the front desk after calling them repeatedly. I brought my suitcase to the room.Changed real quick and went to visit a friend for dinner and came back to the room at 945. The bathroom was horrendous a hole in the ceiling over the rusty shower and a piece of spacle tape, two foot long hanging from the ceiling. The wifi did not work. You could not access an electrical plug to charge a phone. There were no wash clothes, only two...

「Crystal Inn is a budget bargain and I love staying here! It's quiet, convenient and the other guests are polite and helpful. The front desk is always available to provide amenities and suggestions. I had to leave early due to an unexpected travel change and they refunded my last day, no questions asked! I was so impressed. This small, privately owned motel is my go to when I need to get work done but also be close to all that Monmouth County, NJ offers.」

「check in process was easy, room appeared clean; however, the bed blanket had a hole in it, and there were candy wrappers still scattered throughout the room. The hotel faintly smelled like smoke, even though it was a non-smoking hotel. If you are particular about pillows, bring your own! Our air-conditioning didn’t work, but after we informed the front desk staff, they made arrangements to have it fixed while we were out for the day since it was a multi night stay. The Wi-Fi wasn’t the greatest...

「The balcony smelled like urine before we even got to the room. The room itself was filthy, the carpet and furniture were stained,ripped and had burn holes. We didn't even bring our bags in. Still trying to getour money back from the hotel or Expedia.」
