「Lovely Victorian home with beautiful amenities, friendly staff and delicious home breakfasts. Care is put into every detail. Location is excellent, close to beach and town. Boardwalk is couple of blocks away and takes you straight into Asbury Park. A beautiful, beautiful escape.」

「Liz, Ashley and the entire staff at The Inn were excellent and made us feel so comfortable and welcome! Breakfast was delicious and we could have asked for a better stay. Upon waking up to a plumbing issue, Ashley and her staff were right on it and even moved us to a suite to complete our stay. We will definitely be staying here again and this Inn and the Marilyn, their sister property, will always be our first choice!」

「I am not a mean spirited person nor am I fussy. But I travel all the time and I grew up in Ocean Grove and my night at The Quaker Inn off season even was not good. For $300 my friend and I got a tiny room with two single beds, no view. When I asked for an upgrade, I got a lame excuse even though the place was empty. There was no hot water for the morning shower; no nice amenities like good soap or shampoos. Thin towels, a cheap blanket. No breakfast. One of those terrible capsule coffee...

「Everything was fantastic! We love coming here. However, this time around the service was very slow and we had to keep reminding the staff that we ordered. Also, we had to send drinks back multiple times because they didn’t taste right or were flat out wrong. Other than that this place is incredible and we will continue to stay here.」

「We had an amazing stay at the Beachliner, the breakfast was delicious! Amazing location close to the boardwalk, and very close to Asbury Park. Clear communication with the staff and easy access to the building and room. The room was very clean and cozy. Be aware that there are steep narrow stairs that may not accommodate those with mobility issues. Definitely would stay here again!」

「I wanted to love this hotel, but the experience didn't come close to justifying the price. The rooms are extremely small, and having a Murphy bed means there's barely any usable space beyond sleeping. For boutique hotel rates, the accommodations felt cramped and underwhelming. The walls are also incredibly thin. Despite quiet hours being posted throughout the property, they don't seem to be enforced. You can easily hear neighboring conversations and, unfortunately, even hear toilets being used...

「Do NOT stay here. There was dried blood and stains in the pillows and bedding, and small hairs and stains on the towels. Everything was just a bit dirty- the drawers had dirt and grime, the lamp had black stuff on the bottom, and the shower was stained. The night clerk lectured me about checking in late even though I called before and was told no problem. 」
