The Hotel n guest rooms are pretty dated. Offered basic amenities. Room size is pretty large in HK's standard. 15 min walk to the nearest subway station but offered shuttle bus to station on an hourly basis.

Room after upgrade was spacious. However, bottle water is $12 each. Only got a restaurant which has no price listed. Looks expensive. Location is not very convenient. Staff were not very friendly. Check-out has to wait till they finished inspection. Didn’t advise about shuttle service. Only found out by oneself when stepping out the premise after check out & saw the line up, then checked with those guests. Would not come back again.

Really impressed with this hotel. Very helpful and efficient reception staff. The hotel is immaculate, our room was great with super views of the mountains. It was cleaned everyday and towels, water etc replenished. The hotels location was amazing too!

Staff were great. I had a few questions which the concierge answered very capably.
Only one problem The air con was jammed on 17.5 C. We couldnt cha nge it. Great room with a harbour view.

Rooms were clean. Staff attentive. The hotel is located in Tin Hau. There are a lot of places to eat in the area. Close to the MTR. There are many shops close by.

Very chic and austere…and the front desk was incredible. I came in on crutches and Guy at the front desk recommended the right place to go to get chef out. Restaurants abound. Quiet, clean and very comfortable (esp the pillow top bed). Wish there was a restaurant on site for breakfast, however. That’s said, it got us out!
