Clean rooms, friendly and English speaking staff. Breakfast buffet included and has a large section of eastern and western food. Sometimes the buffet is crowded. It was really convenient that the airport bus stopped here and the train station is here as well.

This has been our favourite hotel of the trip. Cannot fault this place at all.
Happy hour was a nice surprise and was great to see how many guests enjoyed a drink before heading out.

Staff were excellent, polite, attentive, prompt in response. Room was large, quite dated though and could use updating, especially the bathroom. Waste basket in bathroom was toy sized. Onsen baths were great, nice and ample facilities. Meals were excellent; attended by great staffs.
