“We had a fabulous time exploring NYC. This little apartment was in the perfect location, a few blocks from Grand Central station which made taking the subway anywhere a breeze. The apartment was great, perfect for 2 people. We had a little mixup about keys but it was a minor snag. The apt isn’t high end but it has everything you need, it was quiet and in a great location”

“This property was a fraud, I could not check in, host was unreachable the telephone number provided was disconnected for NYCshortstays, the address listed led us to an abandoned building. Customer service has been very difficult to work with, no refund has been processed for 4 days and I had to pay for a different accommodation. Horrible experience after years of trusting Expedia. ”

“This place was exactly as pictured. The owner went out of his way to help us check in early and took good care of everything from start to finish. The location is perfect, close to excellent restaurants and attractions and public transportation. We ran the air conditioning for most of our stay, which worked beautifully in cooling the place, but also kept any noise from our ears. The building feels very secure. This unit is on the first floor, with the only accessible windows being above a small……

“Booking with Lyuda was smooth. Check-in was no problem (although there were several lock boxes, so had to try a few until we got our key). The location cannot be beat. The apartment is surprisingly quiet, yet steps away from restaurants, shops, metro, etc. Beds were comfortable. Don’t count on too much extra space, but this is what we expected for NYC. Would book again!”
