「Property was great, we loved our trip and our lodging was a big part of that. The apartment is in the upper west side, so you are a walk from Central Park and the museums but my kids did fine with it. You are a few blocks from a bus stop and similar distance from a subway station and close to multiple pizza shops which was the reason for the trip! 「Location is super close to multiple subway stations and also walking distance to many things. It was nice to have the air units in each room, especially during the heat wave! Host was very responsive for questions. We would have liked a larger seating area to all relax at the end of the day, but the reality is we probably wouldn’t have used it much as we were out most of the day. Great apartment, we would stay there again. 」

「Property is in a typical NYC walk up building. Clean and basic accommodations to sleep for tourists with a busy schedules. The one drawback is the location of the apartment is almost to 11th ave which is not convenient for public transportation and the walk was a bit much for my elderly father. 」

「Seven women over 70 spent 5 days in the apartment, and it was wonderful. The location is perfect. Instead of feeling like you are in the chaos of New York, you feel part of the neighborhood. Central Park was a short walk away. We even saw a film being made at the end of the block. Everything in the apartment is new and fresh. Will book again the next time we are in New York. We even discussed the book for about 3 minutes.」

「Booking with Lyuda was smooth. Check-in was no problem (although there were several lock boxes, so had to try a few until we got our key). The location cannot be beat. The apartment is surprisingly quiet, yet steps away from restaurants, shops, metro, etc. Beds were comfortable. Don’t count on too much extra space, but this is what we expected for NYC. Would book again!」

「My daughter and I stayed in a different property than this one, they had to move us because of some plumbing issues at the one we booked. But no matter, the place we ended up staying was absolutely amazing! It was probably better than the one that we were booked for because we were just a couple of blocks from Lincoln Center the property itself was very clean and easy to get in and out of. I would absolutely want to book with this company again!」

「We stayed 4 days and 3 nights in this magnificent property. It's rare to find something spacious and comfortable in New York when you come with a large family. There were 8 of us between babies, children, and adults, and this property met all our expectations. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There are towels, pillows, and extra blankets. The kitchen has everything you need. The distance to the Big Apple is a 20-minute walk. The neighborhood where the property is located is very safe...
