"Staff are super welcoming and friendly, our room was clean and spacious! The balcony view was stunning! Would love to stay here again if I visit the alps ! Highly recommended! "
"If you want a good nights stay in a beautiful local area, then this is for you. The restaurant was incredible and the staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I can’t recommend this stay enough. "
" Very nice property in a beautiful part of Switzerland. Friendly staff and lots of areas to walk and enjoy the scenery. Great breakfast options and lots of options for restaurants in addition to the one onsite. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again."
"Quite possibly the best breakfast view I’ve ever had at an hotel. We woke on our 1st of 3 nights to the stunning view looking up to Mount Pilatus & across the Lucerne valley. Just amazing views on the terrace wherever you looked. Our room was fine, everything that we needed, breakfast was pleasant can order eggs to your liking. There’s mini golf onsite too. Yes the hotel is about 15 mins out of town, but very much worth it just for the views that change during the day. "
"Decent hotel, good price. Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff (very helpful with explaining Lucerne pass, providing power adapters, luggage storage)
Good location, walking distance from Old Town and very easy (and regular) buses to Lucerne train station.
Would recommend!"

"Loved our stay here! It was close to the main train station and made getting around the city so easy! We were surprised to find that the hotel provided a city card that gives you free access to the city buses. And 20% discount at attractions. We took advantage of the buses to save our feet. We ducked onto a bus when it was raining hard, taking a long bus ride just to wait out the rain/take a break. The hotel breakfast was very reasonable and had a large selection of cold items (meat/cheese, breads, veggies, cereal/museli, yogurt, boiled eggs). We enjoyed it. The rooms were comfortable but sparse. It is a value hotel with no frills, so don’t expect fancy decor. But the location made it a great choice. There were some restaurants in the area, but not many. Also a nice grocery store very close that sold water, snacks, and breads much cheaper than what we got in the city. Staff were also friendly and helpful. "
"Nothing not to like about this property! Absolutely perfect in all aspects. Great restaurants, rooftop lounge. Stayed here once before, almost 50 years ago; now I'm back again. My only place to stay in Lake Lucerne!!! "
"Some of the rooms used to be prison cells. Pretty cool. Our room seemed very new, simple, but clean. We were able to walk to the train easily. We also walked to the Lion Monument, the Watchtowers, the river and shopping."
