“Everytime I go to the Vine Hotel, I am truly amazed at the new features that are frequently upgraded.”

“Staff was kind and helpful on all shifts. Only entrance was in the parking lot and consisted of extremely steep steps, almost impossible for elders and persons with arthritis. Bed was too high and difficult to lay on due to metal coils poking your body. No drawers and no hanging closets for women’s dresses. No information on restaurants, parks, or events, or even instructions for the tv. Overall, not satisfactory but expensive.”

“I like the newly renovated looks of the bathroom even though I didn't use it, the receptionist was a professional and courteous. I loved the 65inch TV on the wall. I hated the neighborhood so bad, the room SMELLED so bad that my wife started getting sick 3mins as we entered the room. No iron, No microwave. the reservation was nonrefundable, but I was willing to let go that expensive cost and started looking for a different hotel right away.
