“對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！”

“The hotel had Peruvian charm and decor. It is an older hotel that is well maintained. The staff was very helpful in getting me from and to the airport. The hotel is close to the train station and several restaurants in the area.”

“The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is……

“Set up ride to hotel was easy thru hotel. They had nice hot water showers. Takes over a minute to get the hot water but it worked. Breakfast was good. Simple. Not far from centro and all the things you want to see in centro cusco. I would stay there again. ”

“Property manager assisted me when I arrived late to the hotel and went out of his way to assist me in getting a taxi to my scheduled tour and to the airport. The breakfast provided was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.”

“當天才被告知，被安排到另一間飯店Quechua Plaza Hotel，其實就是Hotel Qarmenqa。 入住的當下，房間根本沒準備好，所以被安排另一間房間。 結果該房間的衣櫃和浴室還有別人的物品，本來不以為意，但到了晚上時，飯店人員來敲門，結果那間房間根本是別人還沒退房的房間。”

“The hotel is very good value. It is a short walk to everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, toast, avocado and fruit. There was also some cereal and yogurt available.”

“Great service and friendly staff. It is a noisy area so if you are a light sleeper it might not work for you. But after a day of touring I was too tired to care. The entrance doesn’t allow for cars to drive so you will have to walk from the plaza. Most taxi services we worked with helped us with our suitcases so it wasn’t too bad. Also they stop check-ins at midnight so make sure you get there before then. ”
