“The house set up was great. Plenty of sleeping options and bathrooms. It was very clean. Good size kitchen with plenty of seating at the kitchen table. Air conditioning worked great and the beds were comfortable. My only thought was that I received auto messages from the host and when I replied to them asking about our stay, I didn't get any messages back. ”

“When we booked a relatively low cost stay, we didn’t expect anything particularly memorable. But we also didn’t expect to be surprised by bugs in each room — the bathrooms, the bedrooms, the closets, the kitchen. Not sure if this is a product of uncleanliness or just neglect. This property is run by a huge property management company and I doubt it gets much care or attention, and it showed. Furthermore, basic appliances like the dishwasher were broken, and bathrooms were poorly stocked. Will……
