「This place was awesome once you get checked in. There is no front desk so you are virtually checking in which did not go off easy. Also the parking is $35 dollars a day 🤔. The apartment was very nice and quiet so due to that I forgot about the check in issues and paying for parking. 」

「I had an amazing stay at this location, it exceeded my expectations. It’s located close enough to downtown and yet not square in the middle of the city. I took a great walk down to a park that is a few blocks away through a very peaceful neighborhood with many food options located relatively close. I would certainly come back next time I am in Austin!」

「I stayed here for two nights to have a little staycation and I couldn’t be more happy with the home! It was clean, spacious, lots of natural light, and so much more. The beds were ridiculously comfortable, I enjoyed sleeping in! I hope to rent this place again sometime and definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in east Austin! 」

「The property was nice and as described. There were a few minor maintenance issues like loose or damages boards on thd patio decking or handrails, and the previous tenants damaged a few things before we checked in. But the host was on top of the situation ans called ahead to let us know that a few things we damaged the night before but that they were aware it wasn't our fault. He had a few grocery items, like basic paper goods, delivered to the house within an hour of check-in. I never could...

「Great spot with a responsive host! 」

「The houses were perfect to have our family reunion at. We were able to have ample space for the kids to play, adults to hang out, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The separate homes made it easier for folks who may have wanted a quieter space at night to crash early too. The property manager communicated timely, was very easy to work with and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We would 100% recommend this place to others. 」
